Damages and Issues:

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a justification. Your item must meet the same criteria for return as outlined above, including being in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
